The “physical processing” is used to treat waste electric household appliances mainly. After the waste electric household appliances are shredded, the iron is separated by magnetic separation. The “physical processing” is better than the “chemical processing”, because the pollution control equipment is not required and the water consumption can be reduced.

NORMAL-TEMPERATURE SHREDDING

After the waste electric household appliances are dismantled, the outer cases are broken in a shredder, and the Freon in the waste refrigerator must be recovered by special treatment.

DUST

The air classification is conducted for the shredded case to separate heavy materials and light materials, and the light materials such as dust must be collected by the bag filter.

METALS

After air classification, the heavy substances include iron, copper, aluminum and plastic etc.

AIR

The air classification is conducted to separate the heavy materials (such as iron, copper, aluminum and plastic etc.) and the light materials in accordance with different specific gravity.

MAGNETIC

After air classification, the magnetic classification is conducted to separate nonferrous materials and plastics from heavy substances. The metals can be separated for reuse to achieve recycle economy.

NONFERROUS MATERIALS PLASTICS

After magnetic classification, nonferrous materials such as copper, aluminum and plastics will be left.

EDDY CURRENT

The eddy current is used to separate nonferrous materials and plastics further. Its principle is that the eddy current is generated in the magnetic field first, nonferrous materials and plastics acquire different force due to different shape, size, conductivity and magnetic strength. The nonferrous materials and plastics will be separated through a parabola route.

振動分選

The air force and vibration way are used to separate heavier copper and lighter aluminum.
