CRT Glass Research
CRT glass is obtained from cutting the CRT in TV. It can be divided into funnel glass and the panel glass.
Funnel glass
- Funnel glass can be reused at production process after it has been
removed of the graphite on its surface.
Panel glass
- Panel glass can be reused in the original production process of CRT factory.
- Pick out the color-alternating glass (only 1% usable) from panel glass which are blue, purple etc. and recycle it. The trait of new product appears as hard, clear, bright, and colorful as colored glaze.
- After grinding at the processing factory, the product is sent to glass factory for making glass sticks. The length of each unit ranges from 6-10 mm. Heated under a high temperature of 800°C, they can be made into crystal, beautiful crafts.
Plastic Research
Plastics are easy to be formed but, oppositely, they don’t tend to deform. Therefore, we can make use of this trait to make the recycled plastic materials into woodlike objects such as walking pavements, booths, or balustrades in parks.
Green Supply Chain
Use the reclaimed and recycled plastic on the original process as components of new
electric household appliances (embodiment of green supply chain).
